Sync NFL Team Schedule with iCloud

One team’s season schedule into an iCloud calendar you already have — not a vague league feed, and not a subscribed calendar beside the one you share. CalCollapse copies kickoffs every 15 minutes, one way, so Apple Calendar on your phone, Mac and Watch shows your own iCloud data.

Why an NFL team schedule never quite arrives on an iPhone

The games are public. Getting one team’s season onto the calendar you actually look at is the hard part:

CalCollapse writes the team’s 2026 games into an iCloud calendar you already own. From then on Apple Calendar is showing your own iCloud data — on every device signed in to that Apple Account, with no per-device setup and nothing to configure on the Watch.

How to pick the team, and where the games go

  1. Sign in with Apple and connect iCloud

Sign-in only identifies you. iCloud is a separate app-specific password from account.apple.com. Google is not required.

  2. Pick a team and a calendar you already have

Choose the team from the list, then the iCloud destination. No webcal URL to paste. Several teams can share the same calendar; each keeps its own label. The first sync runs immediately, and every 15 minutes after that.

  3. Leave the schedule to update itself

Regular-season games arrive with stadium and kickoff. Playoff games appear once they are set. Flexed kickoffs move in place, and each game’s notes gain the final score once it is played.

NFL teams you can sync

Every team below is available as an NFL team schedule source for the 2026 season. Pick one when you add the sync; there is no public calendar link for visitors who are not signed in.

It never creates an iCloud calendar

You choose one from the calendars you already have. CalCollapse never creates, renames or deletes an iCloud calendar, and it only edits the events it wrote itself.

Games next to the rest of the week

The usual setup is the team landing in the same iCloud calendar as work, family and school — not a subscribed calendar that only exists in the Calendar app’s sidebar.

What it will not do. Events flow one way, into iCloud. Editing a synced game in Apple Calendar will be overwritten on the next run. CalCollapse is not affiliated with the NFL.

What it costs

One calendar syncing into iCloud is free — one NFL team schedule is enough to use the free plan under the ordinary one-calendar cap. Collapsing several calendars at once, or connecting more Google accounts, needs the unlimited plan. Billing is handled by Stripe; card details never reach this app.

Questions

Does this copy an NFL team schedule into Apple Calendar?

Yes. Pick a team and an iCloud calendar you already have. CalCollapse writes that team's 2026 regular-season and playoff games — stadium and kickoff time — into the calendar, so Apple Calendar, the Watch, and anything else reading EventKit sees them as your own iCloud data.

Do I paste a webcal URL?

No. An NFL team schedule is a dedicated source, not a feed you paste. After iCloud is connected, you choose the team from a list. There is no URL to find or keep secret.

Is there a public calendar link for each team?

No. Team schedules are not published as calendars or feeds for people who are not signed in. After you connect iCloud, you pick the team inside the product; there is no shareable .ics or webcal URL per team that anyone can open without an account.

Do I have to create a new iCloud calendar?

No. You choose one from the calendars you already have. CalCollapse never creates, renames or deletes an iCloud calendar, and it only ever edits the events it wrote itself, so anything you added to that calendar by hand is invisible to it.

Why not just subscribe to a schedule feed in Apple Calendar?

You can, if you find a feed. Each subscription becomes its own calendar, Apple refreshes it on its own schedule, and none of them is the family or personal calendar you already share from iCloud. CalCollapse writes the team's games into one existing iCloud calendar instead.

Do I need to connect Google?

No. After iCloud, pick the team. Google is a separate source if you also have work or personal calendars to collapse; it is not required for an NFL team schedule.

Will this change anything in the NFL schedule itself?

No. Events flow one way, into iCloud. Editing a synced game in Apple Calendar does not push back; it is overwritten on the next run. Kickoff moves and playoff matchups update from the schedule source, not from edits on your phone.

How current does the iCloud copy stay?

Changes reach iCloud every 15 minutes. You can also trigger a run yourself from the dashboard. Flexed kickoffs and playoff games move in place once the schedule has them; final scores land in each game's notes after it is played.

A youth or school team that publishes a webcal is a different source — how webcal sync works, including TeamSnap and ParentSquare. Looking for a particular job? See the use cases.
